Jo has many years of experience working across both primary and secondary settings around all areas of School Business Management. She has studied at the National College of Teaching and Leadership gaining qualifications in School Business Management which covers all areas of the Business Competency Framework.
Prior to joining the Acer Trust, Jo was a Hub Operations Manager for a large Multi Academy Trust (MAT) where she gained experience in school business management and strategic recovery during a very complex processes of change management. Jo has experience of working collaboratively with schools on large scale projects to improve their buildings and estates, and in schools facing challenging circumstances in areas of deprivation. Jo is passionate about contributing to the success of every child’s journey throughout their education to ensure they have the very best possible start in life.
