Nicky Hills

I joined the Trust in January 2018 having previously worked in admissions and academic administration for the University of Oxford.

I have seen the trust grow from 4 to 7 schools and as the trust has grown my role has evolved. I work closely with CEO and COO ensuring the operational side of the trust runs efficiently. I am responsible for the review and approval of all the policies for the trust and as Governance Officer I provide governance support to the Trust Board and the committees of the Trust.

I enjoy being part of the central team and working on projects to help our trust to become as effective and efficient as possible.
