Ben Parish

I joined the trust in October 2021 as the HR Manager. My role is to contribute to and lead on the implementation of the Acer Trust People Strategy to support the Trust’s vision to create great places to learn and work.

Working in partnership with the schools, to ensure that all aspects of the Trust’s HR and people practices are well managed, in line with statutory and regulatory requirements, including recruitment, professional development, employee relations and policy development. To lead the Trust through the harmonisation and development of HR and people practices across our partner schools.
