I have worked in Oxfordshire schools for over 20 years, firstly as a maths teacher and subject lead then moving on to senior leadership as Assistant Head: Teaching and Learning at Wheatley Park School.
I moved to Matthew Arnold School as Deputy Head in 2013 and became Headteacher in September 2021.
The role of headteacher is a fantastic opportunity to have an impact on the life chances of the young people in our care through the continual development of the staff who work in our schools.
