Helen Davies

I joined the Trust in November 2020.  My background is in finance, and this includes several years within an educational setting.

My role focuses on providing all aspects of financial support to the four primary schools within the Trust.  As part of my role, I work to ensure that accurate financial records are maintained.  A core area of responsibility involves annual budget setting for the primary schools.  The budgets are prepared in consultation with Headteachers, Governors and School Business Managers.  I also produce comprehensive monitoring reports throughout the academic year, and I present these to the Headteachers and School Business Managers.
